Dance students perform in Harrow town centre

Harrow Business Improvement District host a wonderful community stage for local talent groups in Harrow Town centre on Saturday 26 November 2016.

Business Improvement District (BID) work on ways to improve the activity and community integration within Harrow and are also planning the big Christmas light switch in the town centre.
